GUAD & CO. is part retailer and part design house—your Hill Country Stock & Supply source. Nestled off Hwy 39 in the heart of Kerr County, we draw inspiration from the landscape, lifestyle, and spirit of the area. Our work is rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and community.
After the devastating floods damaged our shop, we are deeply grateful to reopen our doors and welcome you back into our “Provision Hall,” where you’ll once again find unique and thoughtfully sourced goods—many proudly from the Lone Star State.
During our closure, we launched our online shop so you could continue to support GUAD & CO. from anywhere. Now that our physical space has reopened, we’re excited to offer both in-person and online shopping moving forward.
Our design and personalization services will return as soon as we can replace the equipment and supplies lost in the flood. Until then, thank you for walking with us. Your support means the world, and we can’t wait to continue serving West Kerr and beyond—side by side, in store and online—as we rebuild, reconnect, and move forward together.

Hi, I'm Lee, and this is my family.
Guad & Co. was born out of loss and quickly grew into a place of gathering and community.
We kicked things off at HOCO ’24 with our first run of hats honoring our ITM athletes, and things took off from there. The MIGA hat became a way to celebrate everything that has made— and continues to make —this area so special.
Now, as we rebuild after the floods, it has also become our battle cry—not just for Ingram and Hunt, but for all of Kerr County and beyond.

A peek inside our retail space at Guad & Co., located at 217 Old Ingram Loop off Hwy 39. It’s not just a shop—it’s a place to slow down, pop in, visit, and catch up. The door’s always open, and you’re always welcome here.
We work hard to keep an intriguing mix of authentic goods on the shelves, refreshing things throughout the year with pieces that fit the rhythm and lifestyle of life along the Guad. We’re also excited to be expanding our own private lifestyle brand, which will sit right alongside our favorite finds and well-loved staples. Stay tuned—there’s more to come!

Every life lost in the floods left an imprint on this place. To honor them, I chose a link for each person, carefully selecting a color that spoke to their story and engraving their initials as a tribute to who they were. These links are on the wall in our shop in memory of them.
One link holds a special tenderness: Nay Nay, a little friend with a big heart, whose memory we carry forward with deep love.
May these links remind us that grief and love bind us together—and that the Hill Country remembers.

Design, personalization, and customization are my true passions, and with our doors now reopened, we’re gearing up to get things rolling again. I can’t wait to relaunch our embroidery and screen-printing services soon and partner with you on all your projects and hometown endeavors.
Right now, we’re still fundraising to bridge the gap between the grant relief we’ve received and the additional funds needed to fully recover. Every purchase and every dollar donated goes straight toward replacing the product, equipment, and supplies we lost in the floods.
We’re so grateful for this community. Thanks for standing with us as we rebuild and get back to doing what we love.

The word bandana is believed to come from an ancient term meaning “to tie.” Handkerchiefs have long been symbols of love, and love is the tie that binds us all. That’s why the bandana has become the official symbol of Guad & Co.
You’ll always see it represented in some way—embroidered, reimagined, or worn as a necklace, like in this photo. And speaking of… we’ve got some exciting new bandana-necklace styles debuting soon!

Just a few of the brands we’re proud to feature in our retail shop. We’ve reopened after rebuilding from the July 4th flood damage, and we’re so grateful to welcome you back.
Explore our online shop for current offerings, and follow along on Instagram @guadandco for the latest updates. Whether you live here or just visit, we all leave a piece of our heart in the Texas Hill Country. Shopping small is one way to give back to the community that hosts us, grounds us, and always welcomes us home.
